    won't mention the name of this place. maybe i might be convinced to.
    The local GAA club charges a whopping €2 euro a game.
    can't believe how they have the neck to charge this for a game of pool.
    can anyone beat that..surely not !!

    Yep tis dear alright. My local charges €2 per game as well but then it is the only pub table for miles around so just have to put up with it.

    2 euro is fairly standard for most pub tables and places like that ? :o

    €1 in my local and all the pubs that have one in the nearest town..
    €2 is fairly steep, imo.

    Its €1 in my local a lot of places start charging €2 when everyone had lots of disposable income, €1 is plenty enough with the times wer'e in, Any pub thats charging €2 a Game still are definatly not raking it in as much . . .
    On a different note theirs nothing like challenging a few strangers in Pool where the winner stays on, Its good Craic, Perhaps the Odd bet makes its all more interesting, But Not against a pool Shark :p
