Photobox Courier?

    Apologies on not knowing where to post this question.

    Anyone know who photobox.ie use for a courier in ireland? Their websites tracking number brings me to dpd but when i ring them they say their tracking numbers only have numbers no letters. I can't track down my parcel anywhere :( Thanks for your help!

    Just try entering the code in a few different tracking sites - there cant be that many...:)

    The consignment number has numbers and letters. If you get on to photobox and ask them for the tracking number using that consignment number you should be able to get the info or call DPD and say its a consignment number.

    Dpd werent very helpful when i rang last week :( I told them the issue that photobox definitly had a link to their site with that as the tracking number. Hopefully i can get a hold of photobox before Dpd open back up on wednesday. Thats really good to know and hopefully ill find someone able to help :)

    The plot thickens, i just put it in as the 'consignment number' at dpd and again it doesnt have anything.

    Hi Guys

    Its definitely not DPD that deliver on behalf of Photobox. I know the link on Photobox page directs you to DPD. But when I spoke with Photobox a few days ago to trace my christmas gift, I found it was stuck at an airport in Belgium, because Photobox uses a French logistics company for all their European deliveries (except UK).

    I can't recall the name of the French compnay - I rang them and they recognised the tracking no. and were able to give me an update.
    I'll look up their name again and post their URL later.
