iPhone 3Gs error msg

Hi, I am getting a strange error msg which I cant figure out and there doesn't seem to be any info about it on the net.

Basically when I try to download and install any app on my phone using my 3G network I get the following error msg :
"Unable to Download Application. (App Name) will be available for download when you log in to the iTunes Store on your computer"
My friends have checked this out and they can download the same apps from the identical location using the 3G connection on their phones. My iTunes is up to date. I have logged out and logged back in from the iTunes store on my computer in case that was the problem and I still got the msg as well as logging out on my iPhone. (When prompted to login to iTunes when requesting the app it logins fine) its shortly after this step I get the message above.

Help would be greatly appreciated as right now the only way I can get apps is having to hook my iPhone up to my computer.

Do you use a credit card, iTunes Vouchers or a pre-paid credit card?

A Credit Card. On that subject (And i dont believe it to be the problem but I guess I cant be sure) I setup a second account on iTunes (Both using the same cred card number) as I originally forgot the first acnts password. Could this be a problem ?
What I actually did as a test was...Logout of itunes on the phone on my acnt and login as someone else. I still got the same msg. Thx for your reply Stereo...Any ideas ?

Your welcome. Always happy to help:)

I'm not too sure, it's possible that you setting up a second account could be the the problem, but I'm not certain. Something like this happend a friend of mine, but he was using a pre-paid credit card so I'm not too sure. I'd say ringing Apple might be your best bet, unless anyone else out there has any ideas.
