    Hi all,

    Just wondering if any one knows about any support places for depression. I am finding Christmas so hard on my own. i need help. been to my GP and am waiting now to be seen by psych in January


    ANyone know anything about the services in Meath

    Hi MG,

    So sorry to hear you are having a tough time right now.

    You could always try the Samaritans if you need somebody to talk to. I know I have found them helpful in the past. The are very understanding & can be a good outlet.

    www.aware.ie - there are support groups around the country (including Trim in Co Meath), details inc phone numbers of the groups are on their website.
