HMV refunds/returns

just had my bro back from hmv went up to exchange some cds as he got the same one 3 times as a gift
so what did them muppets tell him
WE ARE NOT DOING EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS TODAY
that is the biggest load of FCUK ive ever heard in my life.
they are lucky tho have people in there buying stuff in the first place taking the conditions into count here.

TBH I haven't been inside a HMV in so long I wasn't sure if they actually sold CD's anymore. So it was informative for me at least.

Some shops have had notices up saying that will not be doing refunds during the first few days of sales as it is their busiest time of year and they won't have the time to effectively deal with everyone, so the customers buying stuff are being prioritised and they will deal with refunds once the sales are over. Maybe that is the case here
