Teeth Whitening

Right lads, I'm on a budget here so actual professional teeth whitening is out of the question for the minute.

Owing to a past (and sort of really trying to kick it but can't resist sometimes) habit of smoking and a love of coke/diet coke/anything fizzy, my teeth aren't as white as I would like them to be.

I want to just whiten them up a bit at home without having to go down the enamel destroying lemon and bicarb route.

Is there anything out there along the pearl drops or generally available in boots line that would whiten them up a bit? I've a night out coming up soon that will involve loads of photos with a friend who's had a load of work done on her teeth and I don't want to look like I have feckin scurvy next to her. :o

Any advice? (on the products, I know the cigs and fizzy drinks have to go for a long term result)

Apologies, didn't want to dredge up an old thread.

I recommend either Whizzer which are disolvable strips you use once a day for 20 days.

Or iWhite which you leave in for 20mins each day for a week.

Both are available is most pharmacies bar Boots.
