Problem with Aer Lingus Pleas Help Me!

My flight to Europe on Friday Evening was cancelled due to weather. When I logged on on Saturday to change to another outward flight, I couldn't do it because the date I wanted to change was in the past. Aer Lingus won't answer their phone. Does anyone out there know what to do?

Is there an airport close by to you that might have Aer Lingus staff working? - Phone lines probably closed due to the holiday we in.
