The affirmative action and equal employment laws in New York and the States discourage such hiring, but we all know that some pubs in the States tend for favour Irish for reasons of "authenticity."

Yeah I know but there was an advert for such a bar its like a chain of bars really, kind of offering a working holiday or somethin similar can't really remember now it's been a while..
