    I have a prepaid Mastercard from Moneybookers.com and I can't use it with my account cause it says that its not from my region.

    Is there anywhere I can buy Irish iTunes vouchers on the internet? I can't seem to see any Irish ones on eBay?

    The Apple website sells them. Free delivery and they accept Laser.

    Or just get in Tesco, HMV, etc.

    No, they post it. I've not heard of anywhere that will e-mail it.
