Those Invisible Users

Do you have your visibility set so that you won't show up on the "currently active users" list and if so, why?

Mine is just a force of habit now, from when I was a mod.

It's like when I worked in the cinema; say if there were people making noise during a movie and they knew you were there watching them, they'd hush up but once you were gone, they'd start again. What we used to do is walk towards the doors, open them up and close them again loudly before sneaking back up. Amazing how many times it worked!

Invis, so that I can be using the site and not have people pming me expecting an answer right away, can happen a fair bit re PI and Parenting stuff, esp when they decide to pm me instead of starting a thread with thier question.
