    Our turkey is currently defrosting by the fire because it froze in the pantry, so probably about 5/6 when it should have been 3.

    I was informed we would be eating at 1. I got up at 11.30, so didn't have breakfast. but now I think it's not till 2.... I am STARVING! and I don't even like Christmas dinner, but I am going to eat that like I've never eaten before...

    Just finished mine there.

    I cooked my very first Christmas dinner all by myself. Starters, main and dessert. I am pleased to report that it was GORGEOUS.. So proud of myself.:)
