How do you get them to post to Ireland?

Did you try to order from the euro section of the site, euro.mandmdirect.com?

Just ordered a pair of Timberland boots there, noticed the €5 off delivery didn't seem to get POSTed correctly. Still, more than cheap enough as it is, so we'll see how it goes.

Ah I went off looking at stuff and putting stuff in the basket and when I went to pay I could select Ireland, was just being impatient at the start and too lazy to pay attention to what I was doing :P:o

I used to the discount code and it worked perfectly for me....

Hmmm, well when I entered it in it worked fine and recalculated the totals, but the amount when confirming the transaction wasn't adjusted. Just to check, was the amount you got in the confirmation email adjusted for the discount?

Yeah the email I got had the correct adjusted amount :)

Sound. My own fault so, had a separate tab open while ordering, it seems the discount gets added to the session data and not the form. Lesson learned :pac:

I had a look at their website earlier and couldn't find anything at all worth spending my cash on!

    I'd have to agree.
2-3 years ago they had a very good selection of stuff but its alot more limited now and alot of what they sell is overpriced junk.Still its handy for the odd bargain.

Just spent nearly €300 there on M&M and got savings pushing on €700. Sure where would you get that without standing in queues? Very good categorisation options too.

They won't deliver perfumes to anywhere outside mainland UK as far as I know, Its a real pity they won't deliver as there are some real bargains there which would be very handy for presents for the next year.

    Agree,
Dont forget we are in "rip off country",

    When did you order?

its usually at my door 2-3 days after order, usually receive an email the day before it arrives on my door saying the item has been despatched.

Ordered stuff on monday, and received them yesterday.

Ordered on 27th Dec and had nothing up till 2 days ago. Sent them a mail and they got back to me with an interlink tracking number. Followed the tracking number and found that my items were being held in the DPD (new name for interlink) depot. Called down and collected - the woman I collected from had a pile of m&m stuff that she had held at depot - as they "had no contact details" (other than the ADDRESS!). Might be worth your while contacting M&M about it. Ideally I would have liked a tracking number in an email when they dispatched, but that didn't happen.

Order stuff from M&M on Stevens day.Got a call from courier company yesterday to say they would be delivered today. No sign of them, so I would say it would be Monday.

    ordered mine on xmas nite

seems i might be better off ringing interlink as m&m
haven't replied to my email sent last nite

what kind of pathetic customers service does m&m have?

they sent my order on dec 30

had to ring them to find out that

    no email, nothing. pricks:mad:

M&M must be really busy. I order off them all the time and they usually despatch the next day and products are delivered within a week. I've never had to contact them.

I ordered from m and m on the 4th and received mine yesterday, no complains here!

i wouldnt mind but when i rang those muppets yester, they had
my number which should mean interlink would have my number

again, an email would have been the way to go
a tracking number would be too much to hope for i guess
    absolutely pathetic imo

I can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 28.12.10 with Interlink Express and will be delivered by DPD Ireland.

Unfortunately, it appears that the couriers experienced difficulty in locating your property. As such, the parcel is being held at your local depot. We will ask DPD to put the parcel out for delivery on the next working day.

In the meantime, it may be worthwhile contacting your local depot direct using the details below. Please provide the depot with any additional contact information and directions as required.
