The quiz is stupid to be honest. Their definitions aren't even correct. A hacker isn't any of the things that they listed.
Your final score is 29 out of 30.
    You’re truly a Security Wizard!

The question I got wrong was:
question 9: A friend has sent you a link to an *.exe file with an invitation to run it. He/she is
not online right now so you can’t check in with them. What should you do?

    answer choices:
    1. Trust my friend and click on the link.
    2. Save the file and run a virus scan on it. If the file is clean, it’s probably ok to run it.
    3. Never open the link, even if it’s from my friend.
    4. Trust your firewall to block the file if it’s malicious.

I picked answer 3. My answer is clearly the safest. Why would anyone click a random link to some executable? They can kiss dlofnep's ass!

Yet again another group of idiots associating the word "hacker" with something that can only be negative. Think I'll pass too. Thx.

25 out of 30. I am truly disgusted.
You’re in a hotel room accessing the Internet through a WiFi connection. How can you best protect your connection?
    - A personal firewall on your system plus WPA encryption of the wireless signal.
    - Internet security software and WEP2 encryption.
    - Assurance that the hotel’s gateway is being protected with HIPS and a hardware firewall.
    All of the above.

Where is the option to route all traffic through an SSH tunnel??

What is the 'correct' answer here? The user cant choose the level of encryption that is employed, so options 1, 2 and 4 are incorrect. And getting 'assurances' from a hotel is like peeing into the wind. Plus in some ways, I think a HIPS would be over kill for most hotels since most hotels I have stayed in lacked any form of security past MAC filtering.
The term “hacker” refers to people who:
    - Attempt to get unauthorized access to the target computer or restricted data and view, compromise or exploit its contents.
    - Send spam and phishing and receive commission payments from advertisers.
    - Write spyware that delivers advertising banners and unwanted pop-ups.
    - Create an illegal marketplace for stolen credit cards.

No option for "Built the internet".

I know Syklops - the answers were ridiculous. Some of them you're just looking for the lesser of the evils, instead of actually answering correctly.

I got 18? Some of those questions and answers are stupid. Like dlofnep said, I also picked 3 because no friend should be sending me exe files. If its legit he can send it again when he tells me to expect it.

Not sure what questions I actually got wrong though.

Also as dlofnep said, A hacker is none of the options listed.

If you have to call yourself a security expert, chances are, you aren't one.

Yup THIS THREAD is a referrer to that site..

If you open the link IN ANOTHER TAB,the referrer wont be there.... (Or use something like 'http://anonym.to/' in front of the link (I DIDNT THINK IT WAS NEEDED FOR THIS))

28/30. Got the exe one "wrong" as well. Not going to hand over my email address to them either. I'd loose my "Security Wizard" credentials and associated benefits. :)
