    Hi lads,

Have been shooting fox's for years, but as i get older i find judging the distance at night harder, could i get help on picking out a suitable rangerfinder for use at night also any ideas on where it could be got.

Thanks for all or any replys, Merry Christmas and lets pray for an end to the ban.

Leica LRF 900 is what I use. Great but expensive. Can be got secondhand for about €200-€275

Very good review here on the Chuck Hamks website

Leica as Clive says, I have a CRF model which is smaller. Beware of cheap rangefinders, the glass won't be as good at night or in low light, so you may have trouble. I've been there and it wasn't fun!

I was fortunate enough to look through JG's before I bought one myself.
I picked up a Leica CRF 1200 for $499 in the states. I've ranged goats reliably out to 1304 yards during the day.

My lamping partner insists the glass is better in my Leica than my Schmidt!
