24-12-2010 7:25pm#1i spotted this lad walking up along the cow road coming through the middle of the farm, he was about 140yards away. luckily i had the rifle close at hand and a hornady 55gr v-max to the side of the head sorted him out. he weighed a fair bit for a lad that was hungry, i was hardly able to carry him up from the field with one hand. i've a feeling that he could be the lad i missed under the lamp last week. he must have been very hungry to come that close to the farm yard in the middle of the day.
