honey glazed ham

hi guys quick question,just finished cooking my ham for tomorrow,i plan on putting a honey glazing on it. If i put the glazing on it now and left it in the fridge overnight before putting it in the oven,would it do any harm or would it be better due to marinating overnight. cheers for any replies
