I have a flight booked for today to Lisbon. Last night, got a text saying the flight was cancelled. Ok, so we check the website, it's one of the only flights cancelled for some reason? Then this morning, find there is a flight going at exactly the same time, to Lisbon, with a new flight number. We can't rebook for this…

I have a flight booked for today to Lisbon.
Last night, got a text saying the flight was cancelled.
Ok, so we check the website, it's one of the only flights cancelled for some reason?

Then this morning, find there is a flight going at exactly the same time, to Lisbon, with a new flight number. We can't rebook for this flight, so I call.

Turns out this flight is for people who were cancelled yesterday...
So did they bump todays passengers for yesterdays? And leave people who have flights booked for today stranded until after xmas!?
So what the hell are they playing at? There are no other flights until tuesday, and helpful suggestions such as "go to madrid" aren't helping.
