circuit court payment or not

    Just wondering what the situation would be where a district civil court judgment went against a person, and he or she owed money but was unable/unwilling to pay what would happen??

    To my knowledge the matter would be returned for further consideration to the court where the judgement was originally issued , in this case , the District Court .
