Buying Concert tickets in Carlow

Does anybody know of any shop in Carlow that sell tickets for shows concerts, specifically in the O2 . Ticketmaster is not working , due to routine maintanence and there is no Carlow bricks and mortar shop on their listings. Bit late but for future note:

I heard today that the new record shop (HeartBeat) is getting a Ticket Master outlet status starting next week.

Its located on Kennedy Ave across from haddens carpark along by with Xtra Vision.
