    I'd last a fair while TBH. I would just go to the nearest bus station and say I am going somewhere in the morning.

    they lock up most bus stations after about 12, but you could go to the airport I suppose

    Honestly speaking, I do feel that if I was ever in that situation, as a non ugly girl, someone would help me out.

    Hate to reinforce stereotypes but this has certainly been my experience. I've been in that situation more than a few times and there's always somewhere to go. I'm not sure it would be as easy for a guy-- I'd like to think so but that would maybe be a bit naive. It's still possible, though.

    Really wish it weren't the case and people would help other people regardless.

    No its true! People are far more trusting of girls, and I'm sure somebody would give me a place to stay and help me out, but they would be very wary of a guy. Sad, but the way things are.
