IMF/EU consequences

    A lot of people were warning that IMF intervention would have drastic effects on our country. Has there been any any, some guy from Korea was saying when the IMF went in there businesses closed down overnight. People were made homeless, businesses lost and but as a result eventually the country was profit making. But, as of yet I can see no evidence of drastic changes.

    Well someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Ireland has enough cash until the middle of next year so we aren't using their money yet.. Also we aren't solely being bailed out by the IMF. The EU is giving us a loan too.
