I have a remote U caller and it was cutting out now and again while using the remote it would let a snap noise from it and the light would go out , then you would have to go over and press the play/pause button again to turn it on so took it back to dealer last saturday and got it changed no problem.Out today for the first time working great this morning and this evening it too is cutting out. Any problems like this?
    Thanks

is it cutting out or turning off ??
mine can be turned off by pressing the play/pause button on the remote for 2 seconds then you have to turn the unit back on by pressing the play/pause button on the unit
you have to be careful not to hold or press the button for too long

No its calling away not touching the remote next thing off she goes then you have to walk over press the play button on the unit after this it could call for ten minutes or one minute?
Would the cold weather have an effect on the unit or reduice the battery life drasticully?

Batteries if left in sub zero will stop working.

Store caller in warm cabinet not in the back of car

mine does that if you adjust the volume up to the max and the batteries are weak it'll switch itself off and you have to reset it
