I cant do it, I think its a problem with my java thingey?

I go into my hotmail account and have an unopened email, I click it.. nothing happens. That lil info box comes up on the bottom left of the screen and says 'javasgript;;' ..this usually lets me know that its loading and about to open, but today, no.

Iv tried downloading the latest java updates and nothing has changed.

    help please.

Java isn't the problem. Java and JavaScript have nothing to do with each other. Checking your system for viruses might be a good idea.

Having only installed my new subscription of Norton two nights ago and scanning everything possible, I can assure you that isnt the problem.
I cleared my cookies and cache.. I can now open my emails, lock 'er up!

Norton is not as good as you think. Have a go at downloading MalwareBytes and scan with that. If that doesn't show anything up, you might try a different browser.
