Was looking to buy the single for a christmas present and they told me hmv don't sell the single is that true ?

To be honest I was in shock I could not buy the single I found it hard to believe that you can't buy the single in the shops at all.

Does'nt sound right it being number one in the charts and its download only.

They are/were finding it difficult to get enough CDs into the stores around the country.

One of the papers earlier in the week said that there were 5,000 copies of the cd single, which had sold out, and that shops were waiting for fresh stock.


Was a funny article because it went on about the 5,000 single sales and the 15,000 download sales and was lauding the RBs for being the highest ever selling download in Ireland and how they were at number two in the Irish charts, then a sentence later it mentions how Matt Cardle was at number one and that his sales were the highest ever recorded in Ireland on any format for a single release.

Who buys singles anymore? i used to work in hmv in town and singles died a death in the last few years, 5 quid for one song?

There are 5 tracks on the 'single'. 2 additional edits of Horse Outside as well as 'Too Many Gee' & 'Hash Party'.

I tried a couple of record shops and they did not stock it. HMV and some other store in Shannon.

HMV said they were sold out but I have my doubts whether they stocked it in the first place.

HMV in Limerick had it, still had a few copies this afternoon anyhow.
