Squash/Tennis in Limerick?

Would like to take up squash or tennis in Limerick. Beginner, have played before, and not a spring chicken (37yrs). More interested in the social side, bit of craic and enjoying a game. Grateful for advice if somewhere like Catholic Institute or Limerick Lawn Tennis cater for someone of my limited abilities or not? Thanks…
