What you do if you come across a rude security guard who does not respect that you are with family and still barks at you for no reason other than that you pointed out that lock and wheel trolley system in the store is dangerous for the little kids who are sitting in a trolley with their back supported by a steel frame of trolley. And this very security guard tells you to leave store in 2 minutes or he will take your attitude down and if you threaten him he will be reported to the store manager , this guy would reply back saying he is not gonna do anything, try it. And you find it is a fact, that manager absolutely does nothing... confused.gifconfused.gifconfused.gif. This security guy is usually sitting at the exit watching cameras tongue.gif

I'd ask myself why I asked a security guard about trollies.

I agree. I used to work on a checkout and had people constantly bitching at me about prices. Yeah im the one who decides what should be sold for what price and I randomly walk around the shop changing prices

Signing on to boards just to post that in 2 forums?
Maybe try a regional forum. What happens in Charlestown isn't a national concern.
