HTC Desire HD on o2?

Is there anybody who can tell me whether o2 are going getting in the HTC Desire HD? I have been to two o2 stores and one said they were getting it in January, the other said they werent getting it! Its a bit confusing !

as far as i know, O2 are not getting it

I heard they were getting the Desire Z, whether thats true or not is another thing
