I was just out at the car and notice that the little piece in front of the little has popped out for some reason.....

    This bit...

I assume this is for the lights washer but my car doesn't have a headlight washing system.

It's currently totally frozen so I can't pop it back in...

My question is will I be able to pop it back into place once the car defrosts?

You will because the plastic has contracted with the cold..

    That's what I thought.

Very unusual that it popped out in the first place....

    Do they "click" back in?

They do but I would wait until the weather gets milder. I have seen a good few of them popped out actually. Maybe put the tiniest squirt of Loctite to keep it firm in place.
