    have a Glow-worm 50 FF gas boiler.
I noticed a pressure guage just above it, and its reading close to zero.
The house is 5 years old, and the system has never been topped up, so I presume the presure should be up around 1.2 bar?
Also, any idea where I would find the filling loop?

try the hot press, often in there as usually highest point on system

It might be an open system, check your attic for exp. tank.

open system even tho theres a pressure gauge? wouldnt have thought it

could even be in the loft if the system was previously open vented.
