Back in the day Fierce Panda were pretty good for the indie choice.

And as if by magic (though in fact a simple process of modern technology ;-) here the demo submission link:

Just a bit of advice, try and send it to actual A&R peeps in each place as 90% (or probably more) of demos sent to the companies A&R Department without a name or just the companies HQ will get binned well before it gets listened to. So try get the name of a person in the department to send it to and also make sure to send a press pack (Biog, your best band photo, upcoming gigs if you have any booked etc) too. More professional it looks, the much higher chance it has of being listened to. Remember, depending on the label, these guys can get 20-30 demos a day so the more yours stands out, the better. Best of luck with it anyway.

Also, try this site: http://www.allrecordlabels.com. No idea how good it is but i have been sent to links there many times while looking for label info so presume it might help.

+1 on Fandango (dont mean to troll you mate! :) )

    Just a quick note......
I've known bands to add things like glitter and even sweets to their press pack. Just be aware that glitter spills everywhere and sweets melt! So be careful not to annoy the person you are sending your demo to. Professionalism yet somehow standout / different is what you're after.
Dont expect to be listened to the first or second time....persistence is key, but without being annoying. Wait a month, if no reply from the label, then re-send....but dont badger them every three days or anything.
