I have to share this guys....

I had a great night last night after foxes 7 shot all without the lamp and using the mating calls not a squeek used. Visibility was excellent, I embedded myself between silage bales in a field and starting calling with a old u caller, the foxes were coming in to 50 yards looking for there mate. I couldn't believe it.

8pm till 10.30pm going after mags and greys this afternoon as there is plenty of carrion about;)

I have the old type held together with tape..... couple of barks stop....couple of barks stop...wait wait, 2 mins bark. They must be keen to mate in hindsight this time of year is great for foxes but I find they wont come to a squeeler when they have other things like romance on their mind:D

Jaysus well done CS, that must've been a great experience :D We haven't so much as seen a fox around here since the snow. Greycrows are paying the price for that though :D

Was working in a house in Ballinasloe this morning, and whilst having a cuppa about half eleven i spotted a red lad crossing the field well down behind the house so i opened the window and gave a few squeel's with the back of my hand, he stoped, looked up and came like a train towards the house, with a magpie following him overhead!

I lost sight of him when he got in close due to the garden hedge blocking my view, and thought he probably scarpered but my work mate gave me a whistle pointing to another window at the side of the house, i walked over and here he was, about five yards out having a sniff around the bins!
Jasus he must a been hungry!!

Was only after he went that i thought of a picture!! Dalm it!!:(
