    So many people looking at 2011 as the new you,regarding running what are your goals?
    I will get new runners and clothing to motivate me.
    Do up a 6 week plan and aim for my fist race in march.
    I plan on loosing over 7kgs in weight and running pb's in the half marathon
    and 10k.


    what are all your aims?

    Stay injury free! Its my one wish for next year. my legs are like glass.

    I always get thinking about the fact that I run a fraction of the miles most people do and still have some ok PB's. Id love to see what i could really do. For exmaple, I ran a 1.32 half off 60 miles training after 4 months off only cycling so if i could actually train for 6 months solid id love to know how low i could go.

    So please Santa new, stronger legs, tendons etc.
