    My tale of woe.. :p

Had previously been using Nokia, so when I got the iPhone last year I backed up Nokia with PC Suite & synched with Outlook.

Then synched iTunes with Outlook & all contacts transferred to iPhone.

    So far so good!

Then finally decided to sit down & sort contacts & sync between phone & PC, a lot of contacts that I didn't need on iPhone, but wanted to keep in Outlook.

Research revealed that best way forward seemed to be to create a group on Outlook & sync iPhone with that group.

Created iPhone group, edited & set up each contact with the info I required & put them in the iPhone group.

Synched contacts & now some on iPhone are missing numbers or have number but no name & likewise in Outlook

I also seem to have lost some numbers completely, contact still exists but number gone

    Any ideas??

    iPhone 3gs (firmware 05.15.04) with Ios 4.2.1 (8C148a) using Outlook 2007 on Win7 PC.
