    right so it took me six hours to get home last night and as you can guess it got quite boring and frustrating(truck drivers are w*nkers). incase it happens again does anyone have any advice for keeping entertained in the shitstorm that is the m50(or any road, they're all bad).

    Are you a passenger or are you the driver? One possibility is to get an audiobook and listen to it while you drive.

    Listen to Matt Cooper talk about the economy. The resulting anger will generate adrenaline which will help to focus you on your driving. Alternatively pull a few power-slides across the lanes.:)
