microsim adapter for se in regular sim devices

does anyone know where you can buy an adapter for using a microsim in a regular sim device?

i need to get one of these asap. tried o2, vodafone and carphone warehouse on grafton street and compu b beside trinity and none of them stocked it.

any help would be appreciated.

Tried O2, 3 and Vodafone in Carlow, none of whom had them.
