    I am not shilling here but I bought this product of Commsoft the other day. I cannot believe how easy it makes my life. The installation was so easy.

    I spent 2 years fooling about trying to connect my PS3 to the net with ethernet cables and never succedded. I plugged in my PS3 tonight and went into network settings leaving everything on auto. I thought this will never work and then it says Accuiring IP address succesful then internet connection succesful..:eek::eek::eek:

    I am totally dumbfounded because these things never work for me. I was constantly getting disconnections and slow speeds with 3 before but now with the router upstairs its perfect and I have concrete floors!!!

    So thanks to Watty, Warlikedave, Foggylad and William Powell for advising to go with a Dovado router. Thanks and have a happy xmas and thanks to Commsoft with the next day delivery and excellent communication..:)

    Hiya good to see you got your ps3 online ;), I currently have to route my 3g through my laptop/pc which is fine when nobody wants to use the laptop.. Anyway, what type of ping do you get with this router?, is it any better than when you had it connected to your computer? Ping would be my main concern as i have decent speeds but the ping is bad for games!

    I could never get it to work the other way. I even looked a countless threads on the PS3 forum. This thing worked straight away. Well worth the money IMO.

    What modem do you use?
    Im thinking of getting one because my e122 wont even install on my gaming pc anymore,for no reason, as im using it on the laptop now:confused:.
    Plus the software is only a pain in the arse :L
