    OP, a lap top with external drive packed full of movies is your friend - and you'll be everyone else's.

    Training gear, summer in Lebanon is damned hot so something light. But depending on the local situ sometimes the locals don't like lads running in shorts or vests.

    Winter can be freezing, much like here at the moment.

    Bring a few books, if everyone brought one of two there's loads to go around the lads for the trip.

    A small medical kit with something for bites, sunblock, after sun and something for the Tibnin quick step (the run's)... And polariod sunglass's - not designer!.

    And money!.. Serious, you'll need a few US dollars to tide you over until your payed - a dry trip and anything from $100 to $300 will do you for ages. A 'wet trip' (allowed a few beers) closer to the $300 but it'll last you for ages.

    Last but not least, a fishing rod for the fine fishing from Tibnin Bridge and Something for the nightclub in Haddatha on Saturday nights.

    Is it open again?.. I heard it was destroyed in 2006 - OP, bring ID for the Tibnine club, there's a very strict 21's policy.

    And better chance of scoring a Christian bird..Far more in Tibnine than Haddatha ;)
