    hello
    looking for some help.
Brought a Toyota corolla 00 recently. The mechanic i brought it off replaced the stock radio with one them lidls radio's (its not new was taken form his van he told me) the problem with is that it won't play cds, well it does some times but not very often usually comes up error 2. it also when the reception of the radio starts to get a bit bad it drops the station and moves the next station (usually rte1 ha) think its meant to that but im not sure.
do you think the problem with the cd players is the radio itself are the wiring.
thanks in advance for your help.

It just sounds like a crap radio!!! To be fair, you can't expect too much from Lidl stereo's.

You can pick up a decent stereo these days for less than €100. Would be a good investment if you spend a good bit of time in the car

was thinking that mite of being the case, was thinking the cd player need being cleaned. but probably better spending my money on one of the leads to connect a mp3 player to the radio, cheaper than a new radio :D (would mind but the original radio was cassette player so could of got one of them cheap leads in a pound shop with the tape for connecting a mp3 player )
