There will be info on these news programmes today re: the Law Reform Commission's report repeating their statements back in 1982, calling for dads to be made equal and automatic parents to their child in both rights and responsibilities, all in the interests of their children's welfare and well-being.

Thanks for the heads up. I remember earlier this year an unmarried father was denied custody of his three children by his partner, and Irish law upheld it. It's breathtaking that a father does not have the same rights to his children as a mother does to her children under Irish law.
