New sim pack then upgrade

If I was to buy a new pre pay sim pack today with meteor or vodafone would I be able be eligable to get the upgrade deal? 20 euros off. Because my mothers sim card was left idle for a while and now is blocked, I want to get her a new mobile.

If I was to buy a new pre pay sim pack today with meteor or vodafone would I be able be eligable to get the upgrade deal? 20 euros off.

Because my mothers sim card was left idle for a while and now is blocked, I want to get her a new mobile.

Well you could, but youd have to pay for the sim pack, sorta neutralising the discount for the phone somewhat
