Can you buy a portable emissions testing device? One that will indicate if a car is burning oil/HG issues etc? I saw (pocket size) somthing like this in the states a long time ago and you plug it on to the end of the exhaust and it gave a digital reading. Really cool I'd love one:) Thanks
