Snow chains - can only get 215s (Ive a 205 tyre) bad idea?

    Is it a bad idea to get these?

    They will beat no chains, but perhaps too baggy?

    Your thoughts?

    Snow chains need to fit fairly snug to do their job properly. There's not a lot of difference in your example though. I will depend on the type.design as well and the kind of fastners/tensioners they use. You might get away with it you might not...

    If you have alloys the fit is even more important. If they are to loose they could end up damaging your alloys!!
