Pipes Frozen, help!!

    Hi All

    The Pipes in our house are frozen, the tank in the attic is not refilling.

    A friend of mine suggested putting boiling water down the stop cock outside.

    I just need to know if this is my stop cock outside?

    I just got word from someone else I asked that this is not it.....I need to look for a metal plate with "uisce" written on it
