    I applied for their services when they visited my college on a roadshow but when I realized what they do I wanted to cancel my app because I use paye anytime on the revenue website. Their rep tried to convince me that I needed it but explained to her that I had no tax left to claim so they would be "investigating" any spare change left. All went well but a friend of mine went ahead with it and got a phone call last week to say how much he was owed etc.

    As I didn't get the call I thought that they canceled my app, but this morning I received a letter stating that an agent has been assigned to my account. I tried ringing them but that got me nowhere so I sent an email.

    Sorry for the long post just wondering if there is anyone that this has happened to or if they have any tips on what to do.
