Depends on the company. Some report earnings etc and some don't. I use different sites to gather information on a stock. What are you looking at.

Im looking for somthing that maybe undervalued or with growth and am willing to take more risk on a otc trade then a larger cap. Research wise its trying to find a reputable company at a good price. I see they that do warn that some companies are in legal trouble in various ways and not all companies declare their finances to the same standards as other markets. Looking through companies today one of the biggest movers was up over 250% and that alone set alarm bells ringing. I dont have a huge list of sites either for research or to compare research so any recommendations be appreciated

There are lots of wonderful companies that trade OTC. You have to be very careful though, because OTC markets are much more prone to fraud, pump and dumps, lying management, etc.

The OTC markets website will tell you some of the fraudulent companies if you do a search on the symbol (e.g. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MODC/quote), however, you cannot rely on this for protection as there are frauds out there that haven't been exposed/proven. My general rule of thumb is that if there is even a whiff of doubt about a company being a fraud, I just avoid it.
