    The Chinese have a 'concrete' aircraft carrier at the Oriental Green Boat Park in Shanghai.

    It is a full size replica of a 'generic' design - and is used to educate the Chinese visitors about what an aircraft carrier does, what it looks like etc.

    I had read about this but didn't realise how realistic a mock up it was.
