    Hi All,

I am trying to fill in my first B1 form online on core.ie (6 months since registration) I understand that I dont need to hand in returns with this.

I am on the "Authorised Share Capital" section and I dont know what to put in the "made up as follows" section, we didnt take any money out of company or anything and we only put 1 euro in each.

Anyone know what to put in the 3 fields?

    class:
    number of shares:
    nominal value per share:

    Thanks

The details you require are specific to your company; there is no generic answer. The details you require will be contained in the Memorandum & Articles of Association which you should have access to a copy of (hopefully!).

    - The class is more than likely ordinary
    - Number of shares could be anything (1,000/10,000/1,000,000 etc) and remember this is authorised and not issued
    - Based on the fact that both of you put in €1 each would indicate that the nominal value of each share is €1, but double check in the Memo & Arts

JC is right the Memo & Arts have the details of your authorised share capital. You mentioned that you dont have to hand in forms if you fill out the form on CORE, but you must submit the signed signature page to the CRO in order for the process to be completed
