    For Irish DTT ?

    Yes. Page 2. DTV Type DVB-T / DVB-T/C / MPEG4

TV Man is the aerial man ?

You need a UHF aerial. What type will depend on where you are.

For FreeSat or FTA (Free To Air) you'll need a satellite dish and a receiver. An old Sky dish and box would do the job.

FreeView is similar to SaorView but for the UK market. Some areas of Ireland can receive the FreeView signal, think near the boarder or south east. For this you would need a UHF aerial pointed in the right direction (only if you are in a suitable area).

The common issue people have with using both SaorView and FreeSat or FTA is that you'll probably end up with two separate listings (one on your TV and one on the Sat box). There are some combo boxes that can stitch them together.
