Hello

Just wondering I started a PRSA 2005. Over the years I have occassionily varied the monthly subscriptions - decreased for a while , increased again few months later. Q. I got a PRSA AVC 2 Cert each time I made the changes , I threw them in my file and that was that. I now understand that I should have informed revenue so have the relief varied. is that correct. If So , Will they request PRSA 2 AVC cert's backdated? and send me a bill?!
Its a small monthly premuim , varies from 100 - 180 per month.
