    Here's an interesting idea I was peripherally involved in.

    It's a music commune, I suppose you might say.

    19 Laois Bands got together to make an album - it was released a few weeks ago and made the charts.

    It was great to see bands pulling together.
    It reminded me of the Two Tone label insofar as it's a midlands thing outside of the 'Big Smoke' loop and the 'Music Biz'

    They've set up as a company and were grant aided.

    One of the bands, Nova Static ,got to play the Electric Picnic.

    I did their track 'Landslide'- all recorded in 6 hours!
